Investigative Report: Britain Covers Up Footage Documenting Occupation Bombing of International Aid Convoy in Gaza
A report by the British investigative journalism website Declassified revealed that the British government is covering up footage filmed by the Royal Air Force as part of a Gaza surveillance tape, which has been filmed since the day Israel killed the British aid workers, but it refuses to publish it for fear of being demanded as evidence in the International Criminal Court.
The report stated that the British Ministry of Defense has video clips from spy and surveillance cameras in Gaza, dating back to the day Israel killed 7 international aid workers, but it refuses to publish the tape.
Declassified stated in its report that the footage was captured by a Royal Air Force (RAF) surveillance plane, which spent nearly 5 hours over Gaza that day.
The report confirmed that among those killed in the World Central Kitchen convoy on April 1 were 3 British military veterans: John Chapman, James Kirby, and James (Jim) Henderson.
The British website's report spoke about "Britain now emerging as an unexpected source of spying for such footage," revealing that it has sent more than 200 spy flights over Gaza, claiming to help "Israel" locate its prisoners in the Strip.
Since the ICC has accused Israel of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity, the UK may be asked to provide the video evidence in this instance, as part of court's case, which may implicate UK and other Western governments that transferred weapons that were used in such crimes or facilitated the attacks.
