If you have a news story, photograph, or video you have taken that our community might benefit from, you can send it to KARĀMA News using the form on this site (bottom of sidebar). If you need to upload a video or image, we will reach out to you with instructions.

When you submit content, you do so in accordance with the following:

By contributing to KARĀMA, you warrant that the material being sent (information, photograph and video) does not contain any pornographic, indecent, or promotion elements, and that the material does not infringe any person’s rights, including defaming, insulting, offending and threatening others, and inciting hatred and discrimination. At no time should you infringe any laws in obtaining the images or sending them to KARĀMA for publication. 

In contributing to KARĀMA, you agree to grant KARĀMA a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish and otherwise use, and to license third party content platform providers to publish and use, the material in any way that KARĀMA deems fit, and in any media worldwide. KARĀMA is not obliged to seek your agreement prior to publication of the material.

 

You agree to allow us to use the material in any other format, including KARĀMA video channels, syndication to and transmission of the material by KARĀMA’s content partners. 

 

KARĀMA reserves the right to revise the terms of its discretion, without prior notice.

 

You still own the copyright to everything you contribute to KARĀMA. If your photo(s) and/or video is accepted, we will endeavor to give you credit, should you require it and where it is practical to do so.

 

KARĀMA reserves the right to determine what photos and video will be used. KARĀMA reserves the right to edit your material.

 

KARĀMA reserves the right to amend the above Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, KARĀMA reserves the right to make a final ruling.
